Zenith chose Radia, QV Systems' terms management solution, in order to reduce the time spent manually inputting data and remove the risk of human errors.

Radia is currently utilised for ZenAuto, its digital direct-to-consumer personal contract hire solution, and has reduced the time taken to update terms by 30%. Over the coming months, Zenith will phase in the innovative machine reading capabilities across the business.
